Was hat den der eine Aspekt dieses Artikels (monopol-ähnliche Stellung Googles und möglicherweise bevorzugung eigener konzerneigener Dienste in Suchergebnissen) mit dem anderen Aspekt, einem Leistungsschutzrecht für Presseverleger zu tun?
Es wirkt ein wenig so, als hier solle ein emotionales Argument konstruiert werden: Google ist ein “böser” Monopolist, ergo muss man gegen Google sein ergo muss man für das LSR sein, denn nach dessen Einführung müsste Google ggf. Geld bezahlen.

Den Piefke stünden in der Logik des Leistungsschutzrechtes ein Obulus von den Ösis zu. Alles andere wäre ein Verrat am “geistigen Eigentum” der Gesetzgeber. Ich hoffe für Sie, Herr Kesse, Sie können entsprechende Ansprüche geltend machen.
