Satz 7: Das von Lesern zu Recht gewünschte Gemeinschaftsgefühl der Rezeption fließt als ein Parameter in die künstliche Intelligenz mit ein und bestimmt die Quote von Beiträgen, die allen Leser gleichzeitig und unabhängig von ihren individuellen Interessen angezeigt werden.
Satz 8: Der Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz beim Zusammenstellen von Bündeln schafft Freiräume für die Konzentration von Journalisten auf den wesentlichen Kern ihrer Arbeit: die einzelne Geschichte, und trägt so zur Steigerung der kreativen Produktivität bei.
Satz 8: Durch das Schaffen eines Markts für einzelne Geschichten finden Angebot und Nachfrage direkt zueinander, wodurch ein Element menschlicher Willkür entfällt, das aufgrund von Fehleinschätzungen Geschichten zurück hält, für die sich Leser gefunden hätten.
Satz 9: Journalisten bauen ihre Funktion als Inhalteproduzenten aus, während sie ihre Funktion als Torhüter verringern.
Satz 10: Aggregation durch künstliche Intelligenz verdient offene Aufnahme, da sie geeignet ist, die Qualität von Journalismus zu steigern.

Genau das wollen Sie doch durch das LSR verhindern! Wie soll sich das mit dem geltenden Urheberrecht vertragen, wenn doch – aus Ihrer Sicht – bereits Snippets auf Drittseiten “Diebstahl” sein sollen?

Glückwunsch zu dieser Erkenntnis – besser spät, als nie. Das ist nämlich seit geraumer Zeit gelebte Wirklichkeit und des Pudels Kern der PRobelme der PRintprodukte.

Und deswegen war u.a. Google News so erfolgreich, bis ein paar Trolle mit einem LSR dagegen vorgingen …

Genau: fresst Scheisse – Millionen Fliegen können nicht irren … auch wenn es einen nicht interessiert. Würde da eher von “künstlicher Dummheit” sprechen.

Ja super – wenn der Journalist also nicht mehr die Webseite layoutet oder Newsletter zusammnestellt hat er Zeit für Recherche und braucht nicht mehr bloß dpa-Meldungen zu kopieren … wobei ich mich frage, wie das mit Staz 3 zusammenpassen soll?

Da beginnt jemand, die Unterschiede zwischen Web und Print zu verstehen – und das bereits im Jahr 2013 …

Wie komen Sie auf den Holzweg, Journalisten hätten je eine Torhüterfunktion innegehabt?

Und das vom jemandem, der uns zuvor mit mannigfaltigen Pamphleten wider die bösen Aggregatoren beglückt hat … kognitive Dissonanz?

Die Beschränkung auf “Journalismus” ist nicht hilfreich. Schon heute findet ein großer Teil der Produktion und Rezeption relevanter Information außerhalb der explizit journalistischen Angebote statt.
Die aktuellen Beiträge in diesem Blog sind dafür ein gutes Beispiel.
Spannend wird Teil 3 dieser Reihe, der sich folgerichtig mit der Rolle der Verlage befassen müsste. Das LSR hebt ja ganz wesentlich auf die in Satz 3 genannten Leistungen ab, die an Bedeutung dramatisch verlieren werden.
Ich habe die Möglichkeiten künstlicher Intelligenz für die Erschließung von Inhalten im geschilderten Sinn bereits vor mehr als einem Jahrzehnt für einen mittelständischen Verlag evaluiert. Gescheitert ist dieser Ansatz damals einerseits an den Kosten, ganz wesentlich aber an der Lustlosigkeit und dem ewigen “ja aber” der Redaktionen. Insbesondere das zweite Problem haben verlagsfremde Unternehmen nicht.
Die Aggregation der KI zu überlassen, halte ich für dennoch für problematisch, genau wie blindes Vertrauen auf soziale Netze. Der Schlüssel zum Erfolg ist ihre durch sorgfältig kuratierte Algorithmen gesteuerte Kombination. Dazu braucht es technologie-freundliche und -begreifende Journalisten, und die sind rar.
